    • Save the date, Saturday, March 14, at Beaver Ranch.  This is a major fundraiser for our club so please plan to help.  We will send an online volunteer signup to everyone via Sign-up Genius.
    • Some of the work that is supporting this effort:  Dean will pick up the posters and tickets.  After the event we will need to set up tables and clean up to prepare for the VFW breakfast on Sunday. Yvonne will send Tom the menu to plan prep work.  We can set up the room Friday night.  Our decorations are in the shed and will need to be transported to Beaver Ranch—Pat will coordinate.  Pat will order soda bread.  Angela is in charge of the silent auction—she needs the items identified by this Friday; she is creating the program, which will include all the information about the event.  Finn has taken care of dessert; we will need someone to pick up the dessert.  We anticipate help from our Interact Club thanks to Suzanne and we will acknowledge them on the program.  Tickets will be perforated so that we can account for numbers; Yvonne has ordered. The dinner will be $30 for adults and children up to 12 years old $15.
  • Home and Garden Show
    • Save the dates April 3-5 at Conifer High School.  Janine reports that we have 60 booths of 85 filled, including 10 non-profits.  We have some new businesses as well as returning businesses.  Chamber members get a discount, which has helped attendance.  Our title sponsor is Chuck Riddings, State Farm Insurance.  There will be a focus on Fire Mitigation/Firewise programs.  Tom is working with facilities at Conifer HS.
    • For attendees we will have $5 tickets to give away or sell; or folks can bring food items (pudding, granola bars) for back packs and the MRC food pantry.  We have seminars filled for both days.  For volunteer help, Janine has a paper sign up, and there will be a Sign-up Genius.  Pat will be in charge of getting signage out in Conifer/Bailey; a volunteer from Evergreen Rotary will do Evergreen.
