Making Lasting Policy Changes for Animals

At the Federal and State levels, there is a lot of activity to enact laws and appropriate funds for the protection of animals.   In this presentation, Cara will give an overview of the current actions that are underway for companion animals, farm animals and equines.  She will share good news from the 2021 Federal appropriations that have been made for animals, as well as ideas for what we can all do to improve our animals’ welfare.
